What is your hourly rate?

Scotto's Plumbing does not charge by the hour, we use Straight Forward Pricing, which tells you how much it will cost up front for a specific task. The reason we do this is simple: when you pay by the hour, the longer the plumber takes the more you pay. With straightforward pricing, you know what to expect whether the job takes two hours or six hours to complete.
